We will be asking patients to complete a questionnaire prior to arriving for their scheduled appointment. There will be a secondary screening once patients arrive at the clinic. If you have symptoms or have had recent known exposure to COVID-19, we ask that you stay home.
All patients over 2yrs old must wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth for their visit. If you do not have one, you may purchase a reusable one from our office.
All patients must sanitize their hands with the provided alcohol-based sanitizer upon entering the office.
We will be thoroughly cleaning all points of contact in the exam room, glasses dispensary, front desk and doors immediately after every patient. Staff will be wearing necessary PPE. Plexiglass barriers have been installed throughout the office as well.
Rest assured that when shopping for new glasses, we will set aside the ones you choose to try on and sanitize them all before the next person tries them on.
We are reserving extra time for office visits, and limiting the number of people in the office at once. As a courtesy to all, please advise us if you are no longer able to attend your appointment, as this time has been reserved just for you.
Only those with an appointment should enter the office. Exceptions include children's eye exam where an adult must accompany, or those who need assistance during their visit. Parents or caregivers have the option of being on speaker phone during the patient's eye exam.
