We will be asking patients to complete several online forms prior to booked appointments, in order to reduce exposure to COVID-19. There will be a secondary screening once patients arrive at the clinic. If you have symptoms or have had recent known exposure to COVID-19, we ask that you stay home.
All patients over 2yrs old must wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth for their visit. If you are currently unable to wear a mask during your entire visit, we ask that you wait until such requirements is no longer in place. For emergency care, please visit the nearest emergency department.
All patients must sanitize their hands with the provided alcohol-based sanitizer upon entering the office. We request that you do not wear gloves.
We will be thoroughly cleaning all points of contact in the exam room and the glasses dispensary after every patient. Staff will be wearing necessary PPE. Plexiglass barriers have been installed throughout the office as well. Access to the clinic will be limited and controlled.
We will providing white glove service to try on our frames. Rest assured that when shopping for new glasses, we will set aside the ones you choose to try on and sanitize them all before the next person tries them on.
We are reserving extra time for office visits, and limiting the number of people in the office at once. As a courtesy to all, please advise us if you are no longer able to attend your appointment, as this time has been reserved just for you.
Only those with an appointment should enter the office. Exceptions include children's eye exam where an adult must accompany, or those who need assistance during their visit. Parents or caregivers have the option of being on speaker phone during the patient's eye exam.
